However, it is important to consider that these guidelines and service applications may evolve over time. Regular departmental reviews are recommended to ensure ongoing compliance and relevance.

Limited Use Case: This category refers to UBC Electronic Services intended for specific use cases, and has restricted rules about how they can be used, who can use them, and how personal information is managed. Before you start using or expand the use of these services, please submit a PIA. Remember, just because a system is already approved for use at UBC does not mean it is automatically suitable for your particular use case.
