Manage Records

The Records Management Office provides a unified approach to records management, supports overall effective information management, and leads the transition to electronic records management at UBC in an efficient, secure, and sustainable manner.
The staff are dedicated to assisting all staff and faculty to improve their record-keeping practices. They have developed Retention Schedules which outline when how long records should be kept and how to dispose of them. The Records Management Office also offers online training for users to learn how to improve their records management practices.
